It’s that time of year to stay off those muddy trails and tonight is between the rainy days. We will walk through the Moorpark College campus and explore the Teaching Zoo, library, observatory, and other interesting areas.

This is a 3.75 mile walk with an elevation gain of 335′, suitable for beginners.

Meet me at Starbucks on the corner of Collins and Campus Park Drive at 6:30.

Bring water and a flashlight, it will be chilly so dress warm. Bring an umbrella in case there are some drizzles.

My hikes are slow paced (1.5-2 mph) and the end time is approximate only. We take breaks, we explore, and we don’t leave anyone behind. If this hike isn’t for you, please find another that suits your needs.
