DESCRIPTION:You have a choice of 20 or 50 miles rides starting from Los Angeles State Historic Park in Downtown Los Angeles based on the LA Firecracker bike ride .\\n\\n\\n\\nThis rides are free and we are looking for feedback on the routes so we can make improvements before event day. Firecracker Bike Marshals are invited to join us on this qualifying ride. Also let us know if you would like to volunteer as a Bike Marshal.\\n\\n\\n\\nWe will have 2 groups of riders. The 20 mile riders will start around 8:30am and should finish with 3 hours or less.\\n\\n\\n\\n20 Mile Fun Ride\\nhttps://ridewithgps.com/routes/38214282 We start at Cargo Snack Shack and will connect to the official route. This is subject to change due to construction on the bike trail\\n\\n\\n\\nHalf Century Route  https://ridewithgps.com/routes/45278595 \\nThe longer ride will start around 8:15 am and can take around 6 hours.\\n\\n\\n\\nThe Main Event https://firecracker10k.org/bike#content\\nIf you have not registered\, discounted registration will be available for those attending our meetups.\\n\\n\\n\\nRequirements:\\nHelmets are mandatory. Make sure your bike is in good operating condition and bring at least one spare inner tube or sealant if you are running tubeless.\\n\\n\\n\\nThis is a self supported ride – there is no SAG. In case of a major mechanical breakdown\, plan on calling an Uber or phone a friend. There will be friendly Firecracker Ride Marshalls that can help and guide you on both routes.\\n\\n\\n\\nBring sufficient liquids/hydration and snacks/energy bar/gels… etc for the ride length and temperature.\\n\\n\\n\\nEbike? - OK if it is Class 1 or 3 and you keep a pace consistent with the group.\\n\\n\\n\\nParking: Free Parking along adjacent side streets - Paid parking inside the State Park. Come early for the best parking spots. Check signs for time limits.\\n\\n\\n\\nDirect access via Metro Gold Line Chinatown Train Station or just ride to the start location.\\n\\n\\n\\nRestrooms inside the Los Angeles State Park (Opens at 8:00 am).
