We’ll soon meet up with Temescal Ridge trail and head over to Temescal Lookout. At this point our "NO FIREROAD RULE" will be in effect.\\n\\n\\n\\n🍷🍻Bring food and drink to share and we’ll find some comfy spots among the ruins of an old ranger station/fire lookout\\n\\n\\n\\nOur destination awaits us!\\n\\n\\n\\n🌞Sunset 8:02\\n🌕Moonrise: 8:06\\n\\n\\n\\nHIKE IS ABOUT 5.5 MILES WITH ABOUT 1\,200 FT TOTAL ASCENT AND IS RATED MEDIUM+ DUE TO TERRAIN. SEE THE HIKE RATING GUIDE\\n\\n\\n\\nDIRECTIONS\\n\\n\\n\\nFrom Sunset Boulevard\, half a mile east of PCH\, turn north on Palisades Drive and continue for 2.9 mi until you get to Palisades Ct. Turn left here then left again on Michael Ln. Trailhead is 0.2 mi on right -- across the street form given address. Park on Michael Lane.\\n\\n\\n\\nTrail statistics are approximate. For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated. Bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need.\\n\\n\\n\\nTrail descriptions are based on previous hikes. Current conditions are unknown until arrival.
