DESCRIPTION:📅Due to its popularity\, I have scheduled an additional day version of our annual Halloween Hike. This is it!\\n\\n\\n\\nFREE MARGARITAS AND DAIQUIRIS AFTER THE HIKE!\\n\\n\\n\\nWe've been doing this one in Chatsworth/Twin Lakes since 2009. It's the scariest hike this side of Transylvania!\\n\\n\\n\\nDue to ongoing development in the area our exact path is unknown at this time\, but I estimate it to be about 5.5 miles with 1000' elevation gain.\\n\\n\\n\\nHike is rated MEDIUM due to terrain. Do not block any gates or trails\\n\\n\\n\\nAdvice - avoid the Twin Lakes neighborhood roads. Use major arteries to get to Canoga\\n\\n\\n\\nTrail statistics are approximate. For safety purposes always assume they are underestimated. But don’t be disappointed if they are overestimated. Bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need.\\n\\n\\n\\nTrail descriptions are based on previous hikes. Current conditions are unknown until arrival. Expect the unexpected and plan accordingly.\\n\\n\\n\\nThe Organizers and members in this group are not professional leaders\, guides\, or mountaineers. The function of the member or organizer is only to organize the trip. Each person who shows up for a trip/meetup (and their guest or guests) is responsible for his or her own safety.
