Sign up here on our VIP site (http://vip.hikingwithdean.com).\\n\\n\\n\\nI've led only two hikes in Griffith Park\, both to the Hollywood sign\, both starting from the same place\, but done differently each time (and both years apart and long ago). I say its time for a third way. This time we'll do a loop around the western section of Griffith Park.\\n\\n\\n\\nI'll be serving a continental breakfast and handing out some goodies. I've got emergency blankets for new VIPs and hand warmers for everyone.\\n\\n\\n\\nLike the other two times we will stay off the popular trails and take use trails as much as possible. I have spied a couple new ones that we'll try for the first time. Be prepared for overgrown trails and loose dirt/rock use trails. Canyon Avenue\\n\\n\\n\\nDrive north on N. Canyon Ave. At 1.0 mile pass through the gate into Griffith Park and in a short distance arrive at a parking lot on the right -- about 0.1 miles before end of road.
