DESCRIPTION:This is a relatively easy hike (4 miles and 3 "small" hills) with pleasant views of oak studded rolling hills. The hike starts out at Juan Bautista de Anza Park\, connects with the Talepop Loop trail and climbs a ridgeline with nice views of both Liberty and Las Virgenes Canyons. "Talepop" is the name of the Chumash village that once existed there.\\n\\n\\n\\nMeeting Place: Juan Bautista de Anza Park. Park is on the corner of Las Virgenes and Lost Hills Rds. Meet at west end of parking lot.\\n\\n\\n\\nFrom the Valley - Take 101 west. Exit Las Virgenes. Left on Las Virgenes to Lost Hills Rd. Right on Lost Hills. Left into Park\\n\\n\\n\\nFrom Ventura - Take 101 east. Exit Lost Hills Rd. Right on Lost Hills. Right into Park\\n\\n\\n\\nBring 1 Qt water\, hiking shoes (sturdy tennis shoes are ok)\, snack.\\n\\n\\n\\nNote: Know your limitations. If you can walk/treadmill 4 miles you can probably complete this hike\, even if you are a little out of shape. But it will be a little tougher than a mere walk around the neighborhood.\\n\\n\\n\\nLiability Waiver (https://hiking.meetup.com/276/pages/Liability_Waiver/)
