About This Event
Join us for a bike ride on the beach! This will be our 2nd group ride. From Will Rogers Beach in Pacific Palisades we'll head off to the Marina for breakfast/brunch at Tony P's Dockside Grill (http://www.tonyps.com/home) in Fisherman's Village and talk about future plans and rides.

On our return we'll stop at the Santa Monica Pier for ice cream, shake or whatever, and play tourists. The ride on bike path through Venice Beach area can get frustrating due to inconsiderate pedestrians, rollerbladers and skateboarders, but we'll manage. We'll then head back to our starting point.

Ride is a flat 8 miles each way so it should be suitable for healthy beginners

If there is anyone out there that would like to take lead position let me know! If much interest is generated I'll make bike rides a regular thing.

Directions
Will Rogers Beach is on PCH near Temescal Canyon Rd. Park free on Temescal, ride into main entrance to the lawn by facilities
