From there, a gentle ridge walk leads north toward Temescal Lookout, a former fire observation site with 360-degree views of the Pacific, downtown Los Angeles, and the San Gabriel Mountains. The round trip is about 6–7 miles with moderate elevation gain, making it a scenic and satisfying half-day hike.
